The bed is constructed from solid Pine. No MDF or particleboard is used.
The headboard features two shelves (one on each side).
A slat kit is included, making this bed mattress ready. No need to purchase a bunkie board or box spring.
The door on the footboard of the bed provides access to a large area that can be used for additional hidden storage. The space measures 83" x 23" in the twin bed version with 6 drawers on one side.
