These brackets are pre-inserted at the factory and provide a sturdy metal-to-metal connection without the need for a crescent nut or bullet. This feature greatly reduces assembly time and increases the overall strength of the bed rails and guardrails, ensuring that your little ones can sleep soundly and safely. With the SAC brackets, you can easily assemble the bunk bed rails and guardrails in a matter of minutes and enjoy peace of mind knowing that your child's bed is secure and strong.

  • After each box is picked from our warehouse, they are carefully arranged on pallets, making sure that they are stable and secure. The pallets are then labeled and shipped to the customer, ensuring that the products arrive safely and in good condition.

  • We keep a sufficient inventory of parts on hand to quickly service any customer needs. We regularly monitor our inventory levels and reorder parts as needed, ensuring that we can promptly provide replacements or repairs when necessary.

  • We understand the importance of prompt order fulfillment. Our team works quickly to pick, pack, and ship out orders as soon as possible. They are highly organized and efficient, ensuring that orders are accurately processed and shipped in a timely manner, ultimately leading to satisfied customers.

Quality Sourced Solid Wood

Quality construction is key when building and designing children's furniture. All aspects of this bed were first designed using 3D software, which ensures that the overall design of the bed is sound and all safety issues are properly addressed. Plantation-grown furniture grade Pine for structural areas and MDF for cosmetic areas (white models only) are used in construction, making the bed extremely strong.

Safety Standards

All of our bunk beds are certified and meet all requirements of 1) ASTM F 1427-21, "Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Bunk Beds" and 2) Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1213 “Safety Standards for Entrapment Hazards in Bunk Beds” and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1513 “Requirements for Bunk Beds”.

Easy to Assemble

All Discovery World Furniture products come with comprehensive instructions that will have your new piece of furniture assembled with ease. Our products are shipped in as few pieces as possible allowing for simple installation right out of the box. All needed hardware is labeled and included in the instructions to help make assembly smooth, and straight forward.
